The alumina double-liner crucible is a nested two-piece crucible assembly consisting of a high-purity alumina inner liner crucible and an outer protective crucible. The inner liner comes into direct contact with molten materials and boasts excellent chemical stability, which can effectively prevent contamination of samples and alloy melts. The outer protective sleeve functions to provide structural support, buffer thermal shock and stop melt leakage.
