Chromium-containing alumina isostatically pressed crucible

Summary:

Isostatically pressed alumina-chromium crucibles take alumina-chromium composite powder as the primary raw material. The finished products have uniform internal bulk density free of delamination defects. The incorporation of chromium greatly enhances the material’s resistance to high-temperature slag erosion and abrasion, and meanwhile delivers improved thermal shock resistance, stable thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion performance.

Range of application:

Suitable for melting of various high-temperature alloys and special stainless steel. Compared with pure alumina crucibles, it can withstand harsher high-temperature corrosive service conditions.
