The corrosion of cylinder is mainly high temperature oxidation, vulcanization corrosion and chlorination corrosion. Its surface is mostly corrosive gases, so the corrosion of chlorine, sulfur, natrium ,kalium and other gases to the kiln cylinder is the key internal cause of the accident.During masonry, a 0.5mm thick stainless steel plate should be laid between the inner wall of the cylinder and the refractory bricks to reduce corrosion.
